Privacy Policy
DraftLOGIC (“DraftLOGIC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a fantasy-football draft-preparation service available at draftlogic.pro. DraftLOGIC is a property of CYDENiC, Inc., a Delaware corporation. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1.Information You Provide
We collect information you give us directly, including:
- Account information — your email address, an optional display name, and a password. We never store your password in readable form; we store only a cryptographic hash (argon2id). If you enable two-factor authentication, we store an encrypted authentication secret and one-time backup codes.
- Consent records — a record that you accepted these policies and that you attested to meeting our minimum age requirement, including the version accepted, the date, and the IP address used, so we can demonstrate consent.
- Your content — the leagues and scoring settings you create, your draft strategies, your saved drafts (including pick history and rosters), your player watchlists, and any notes you add.
- Assistant conversations — the messages you send to the in-app draft assistant. Transcripts are saved to your account so you can review your history (see Section 5).
- Communications — messages you send to support, and your communication preferences (which topics you want by email, push, or SMS).
- Connected-platform data — if you connect a third-party fantasy platform (Yahoo, Sleeper, or ESPN), we store encrypted access and refresh tokens and sync the league and team data you authorize. You can disconnect at any time.
- Purchase information — if and when paid plans are offered, purchases are processed by a third-party payment processor. We store references to your subscription or customer record and the purchaser email; we do not store full payment-card numbers.
2.Information Collected Automatically
When you use DraftLOGIC, we automatically collect certain technical information needed to operate and secure the service, including your IP address, browser or device type (user-agent), session identifiers, and security and audit logs of significant account events. 3.How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, and improve the service, including generating draft recommendations;
- Create and secure your account, authenticate you, and detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access;
- Provide the in-app draft assistant;
- Process purchases and manage entitlements, if you buy a paid plan;
- Send you service and transactional messages, and marketing messages where you have opted in;
- Respond to your support requests; and
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
4.Draft Recommendations
DraftLOGIC’s recommendations are computed by CYDENiC’s governed processors from public NFL reference data (player facts, statistics, average draft position, and injury and depth-chart status) together with the league settings and strategy you provide. Recommendations are informational only and are a good-faith effort; DraftLOGIC makes no guarantee as to their accuracy or any outcome. See our Disclaimer.
5.The In-App Assistant and AI Processing
The in-app draft assistant is powered by a third-party AI provider, Anthropic. When you send a message to the assistant, that message and a server-controlled context about the current draft are sent to Anthropic’s API to generate a response. We do not use your content to train AI models, and Anthropic processes it as our service provider to return your response. We save your assistant transcripts to your account for your reference.
6.How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers who process data on our behalf to run DraftLOGIC — for example, hosting and database infrastructure, our AI provider (Anthropic), a payment processor (for purchases), and email, SMS, or push notification providers.
- Fantasy platforms you connect — at your direction, to sync your league data.
- Legal and safety — when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and property of DraftLOGIC, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
7.Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. When you close your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we must retain certain records to comply with legal, tax, or financial obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or enforce our agreements. Consent and security-audit records are retained as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
8.Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including hashing passwords (argon2id), encrypting two-factor secrets and connected-platform tokens at rest, maintaining an append-only audit log of significant account events, offering two-factor authentication, and using encryption in transit (TLS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9.Your Choices and Rights
You can access and update your account information, delete your account, and export certain data from within the app or by contacting us. You can manage or withdraw marketing consent through your communication preferences, disconnect any linked fantasy platform, and enable two-factor authentication at any time.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights — for example, under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) or, for residents of the EEA or the UK, under the GDPR. To exercise any right, contact support@draftlogic.pro; we may take steps to verify your identity before acting on a request.
10.Children
DraftLOGIC is intended for users who are at least 13 years old, and we ask you to attest that you meet this requirement when you create an account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, contact support@draftlogic.pro and we will review and, where appropriate, delete it.
11.Where Information Is Processed
DraftLOGIC is operated from the United States, and your information is processed in the United States and by the service providers described above. If you access DraftLOGIC from outside the United States, you understand your information will be processed in the United States.
12.Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will change the version and effective date above, and, where a change is material, we may ask you to review and accept the updated Policy.
